THE REBUILD OF A HYSTER H7.00XL

 

When we refurbished a truck it is carrired out to a very high standard we pride our selfs on this process. we have been refurbishing lift trucks for over 20 years and have built are business on this operation. Our work model has evolved over the years too, We have designed jigs and frames and carriage handlers to suit all forklifts to speed the refurbishment process, When we have a truck striped out and ready for the shot blast room the chassis is blasted first followed then by rest of the frame parts. hoods bonnets wheels axls etc etc. once this process has been finished all the parts are moved into the paint shop for respary. componets are then left to dry. The next stage of the operation is to start rebuilding the truck in our factory  built workshop we start by building all back into our newly painted chassis, All wore parts are replaced with new ,We have a network of parts suppliers from all over the world this allows us to built the trucks at a competive price. When the truck has been completely built it is put through a test by one of our trained engineers making sure everthing is working correctly and is as it should be  The finial stage of the process is to issue a THOROUGH EXAMINATION CERTIFICATE (LOLER)
